Before joining the Teaching Lab team, Alli was the Executive Assistant for Circle Theatre, a non-profit professional theatre in downtown Fort Worth. As well as supporting the Executive Director on a daily basis, she was the primary proofreader for press releases and social media communications, as well as the lead on donations for their annual fundraiser- Holiday Punch. She also spent three years working admin for Texas Christian University's Theatre Department, where she restructured their production database and alumni communications process.

Alli enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time outdoors with her partner, Billy, as well as caring for her many houseplants.
