As Manager, Technology, Betsy manages the setup and ongoing use of our Learning Management System to offer best-in-class, responsive, and high-impact professional learning experiences that honor our mission and vision, and supports Teaching Lab to maximize the use of current technological platforms for efficiency, effectiveness, and security.

Betsy worked with Teaching Lab as a contractor for 6 months before coming on board full-time in January of 2022 as the Technology Specialist. Before starting her own business she was the Academic Technology Coordinator at a Pre-K/3 through 12th-grade independent school in Louisiana. Her role was multifaceted but centered around helping students and teachers utilize technology effectively in order to enhance the academic experience.

Betsy loves working with people to help them develop their skills and follow their passions. She has over 15 years of experience in both general and special education classroom settings. She has a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Science degree from Bates College and was a 2002 Teach for America Corps Member.
