Clarrette Gray

Clarrette Gray approaches education grounded in the belief that every student deserves equitable access to high-quality instruction. Through her role as the MTSS Facilitator and as an Instructional Coach, she leads collaborative efforts to collect and utilize student data to inform instructional practices, ensuring that all students, including multilingual learners, are engaged and supported in their learning journey.

Drawing on her background in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from Spelman College, Georgia Institute of Technology, and Clemson University, Clarrette strives to create student-centered and relatable learning environments. Recognized for exceeding expected growth for several years, as the Professional Learning Community (PLC) lead for 8th-grade Math and Math 1, she had the opportunity to influence equitable instruction district-wide by contributing to the current district Math 1 curriculum as a part of the curriculum vetting team.

As a member of the Teacher Advisory Board (TAB), Clarrette continues to contribute to shaping the learning environment for students, advocating for practices that prepare them for real-world challenges and success. Her ultimate goal is to inspire a lifelong love of STEM learning and empower students to thrive in an ever-changing world.
