As Manager, Program, Diana implements programmatic services and designs high-quality, research-based, and user-centered professional learning services, tools, and resources to improve teaching and learning and advance educational equity for and with our school system partners.

Diana has twenty-two years of experience in the educational field including early childhood educator, kindergarten educator, K-5 Instructional Literacy Coach, Content Developer, and Professional Development Program Manager. She is also a national K-5 ELA Lead Facilitator for the non-profit UnboundEd exemplifying equitable instruction so that students experience grade-level, engaging, affirming, and meaningful instruction. Diana holds a master’s degree in literacy from the University of Nevada, Reno. 

Diana Lives in Reno, NV with her two children and fur baby. Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending quality time with her children, hiking, reading, and spending time outdoors.
