Jalinda Soto, Ed.D., is an educational collaborator and has had the opportunity to support various districts in moving towards racial educational equity through racial equity work and implementing effective literacy instruction. She has also supported this work through helping leaders coach for adaptive challenges that show up during instruction.

Jalinda is a former Elementary Education and Special Education Teacher and has served as an Elementary Principal of a school in transformation for historically underserved students. During her time as a transformational leader she successfully supported teachers with implementing highly effective instruction to all students through the use of high-quality instructional materials.

Jalinda has also served as a Principal for Special Education programs for middle school students in Upstate New York where she worked closely with other leaders on how to effectively coach.
