As Data Analyst, Duncan engages in data analysis, data reporting, data management, and data security technical support to enhance Teaching Lab’s research design capacity and learning organization culture.

Duncan graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in mathematical economics, as well as minors in actuarial science and political science. With a strong interest in applying quantitative and qualitative analysis to equitable issues in education, Duncan is passionate about translating data into insight that can be applied to help others.
