Most recently, Erin worked at TNTP, where she supported districts with ELA curriculum implementation and shifting literacy instruction to better meet the needs of students. Prior to TNTP, Erin worked with Prospect Schools as a middle school reading department head, supervising reading teachers and leading the implementation of a reading intervention curriculum. Erin has dedicated her education career working with MLLs and students with learning and thinking differences and supporting teachers doing the same.

Erin loves traveling with her husband, Dave, and two children, Maddy and Mark. She loves going for long walks in Prospect Park with her dog, Brownie.
