Manager, Program

She/Her/Ella 

As Manager, Program, LaShae’ implements programmatic services and designs high-quality, research-based, and user-centered professional learning services, tools, and resources to improve teaching and learning and advance educational equity for and with our school system partners.

Prior to TL, LaShae’ was an Instructional Coach that created positive relationships with educators to use the skills she taught to best support them in their classroom. Additionally, she worked with a team to create Professional Learning for their staff members to learn how to be anti-racist educators. Through her support and collaboration with teachers, LaShae was able to improve student outcomes in her role as an Instructional Coach for several years in a row.  

LaShae’ is certified to teach both Math and Science in the state of North Carolina. She has a Master of Arts in Teaching. LaShae’ is also National Board Certified in Adolescence Mathematics.  LaShae’ enjoys spending time with family and friends. LaShae’ enjoys reading and traveling.
