Before joining Teaching Lab’s Learning and Research team as a data analyst, Lauren worked in math academic research and as a private tutor for K-12 students. Her diversity of interests ultimately merged into pursuing data analytics, however her work with students and educators over the course of the pandemic is what led her to shift her analytics journey towards working to improve and support education excellence.

Lauren is passionate about continuous learning, especially when it comes to picking up new hobbies. She loves art; one of her favorite ways to spend time is painting or illustrating. Otherwise, you can find her playing different musical instruments, or trying out a new recipe.
