Rajasekhar Badditi

Rajasekhar Badditi in short “Raja” is the Math teacher. Raja has about 21 years of teaching experience consisting of 5 years in Clovis Municipal Schools as grades 6 and 7 math teacher, 1 year in Deming Public Schools as 6th grade math teacher and remaining years as the math and science teacher in the High Schools of India.

Raja has completed his masters in Mathematics and Education in Osmania University, India. Raja also took the responsibility of Department Head. Raja believes in the statement “If a student likes the Teacher then the student also likes the Subject” So, Raja strives to maintain rapport and good relationship with students which becomes the basis for the equity education.

Also, Raja likes to deliver activity based learning to his students. Raja was selected as the member of NMPED “Secretary’s Community Advisory” Panel during 2022-23. Also he was included in the board of “New Mexico Measures of Students Success and Achievement” (NMSSA) during 2022.

Raja joined the TAB to share his voice in regards to highlighting the challenges faced by teachers for teachers. He wants to contribute my insights and feedback which can highly support other teachers in solving their problems. His vision is to make my students sense math and show how to apply it in their everyday life situations.
