Sabrina has over twenty years of experience in Learning & Development for insurance, Ed Tech, retail, and non-profits. She has served in leadership roles supporting Operations, Marketing, Quality Assurance Compliance, and Organizational Learning & Development. She thrives when developing others, helping them become their best selves inside and outside of work.

Sabrina has a bachelor's degree in Communications from Stetson University. Additionally, she is a certified DEIB Specialist through the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR). Moreover, Sabrina has completed ChatGPT for HR through AIHR and is excited to see how AI can increase efficiency and effectiveness in HR. She has a growth mindset and is not satisfied unless she is uncomfortable - pushing herself out of her comfort zone regularly to grow. Sabrina is committed to supporting opportunities for the LGBTQ community; currently, she is helping OutSmart Magazine start a foundation to fund their efforts to advance LGBTQ voices, visibility, representation, and interests, and connect readers to valuable services and resources in the community.

Outside of work, Sabrina is the proud mom to 17-year-old triplets (Tristan - he/him, Ash - he/him, and Travis - he/him) and proud stepmom to an 18-year-old (Bryce - he/him), and 12-year-old (Briella - she/her). Sabrina and her wife, Janell, love exercising and traveling, always looking for the next adventure.
