Wesley comes to Teaching Lab with experience consulting on project planning and performance management for strategic initiatives at a state education agency. He has also served in school leadership roles, leading campus operational and instructional functions. He's also written curriculum and facilitated district-level professional development to support implementation during his time in the classroom as a teacher.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Virginia Tech and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas.

Wesley enjoys time in the outdoors, cooking new recipes, home improvement projects, documentaries, and spending time with his partner and dog.
