These efforts focus on improving instructional skills and equity-focused strategies, along with data collection and reporting to measure progress toward project goals, ultimately driving improved educational outcomes.

Here's what you can expect:

• Advance Project Notification: Receive alerts about upcoming projects 2-6 weeks in advance. 

• Regular Communication: Stay updated by checking and responding to emails every two days. 

• Thorough Preparation: Engage in collaborative project preparation with the team, understanding partner contexts, expectations, and content nuances. 

• Travel and Logistics: Manage travel arrangements per Teaching Lab’s reimbursement policies. 

• High Quality Session Delivery: Bring our Facilitation Competencies to life in each session while providing an enriching educational experience.

• Post-Session Reflective Debriefing: Engage in data-informed debriefs with the project team to foster continuous improvement
