Dawn has worked in education for the past 20 years in various capacities. She taught in both resource room and self-contained classrooms for students with special needs. Dawn also has experience coaching special education teachers and school leaders. She supported schools with academic instruction, social emotional learning and behavioral interventions for their students.

Dawn has certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is also dually certified in childhood education and special education.

Dawn enjoys yoga to relax and unwind. She loves dogs and has 2 pups of her own, a beautiful senior black lab and a spunky black husky puppy. Dawn spends her time between NYC and Colorado. Dawn also loves to travel, especially to Italy!
