As Manager, Program, Erin implements programmatic services and designs high-quality, research-based, and user-centered professional learning services, tools, and resources to improve teaching and learning and advance educational equity for and with our school system partners.

Erin has over 20 years of experience as an educator. She is an accomplished instructional leader and literacy coach who is dedicated to building the capacity of teachers and leaders to create equitable learning experiences for all students. Before joining Teaching Lab, Erin worked as an education consultant supporting districts with ELA curriculum implementation. Prior, Erin served as a MLL coordinator and reading intervention department head at a Brooklyn middle school, coaching teachers and leading the implementation of a reading intervention curriculum. Having started out as a 5th grade teacher in Elmhurst, Queens, Erin has dedicated her education career to serving MLLs and students with learning and thinking differences and supporting teachers doing the same.

During her free time, Erin enjoys traveling with her husband and two children. She loves going for long walks in Prospect Park with her dog, Brownie.
