Before jointing Teaching Lab, Taheti led human resources, leadership development and culture and engagement initiates as as a Chief People Officers for a nonprofit organization. Certified as a Senior Professional in Human resources (SPHR & SHRM-SCP, and a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), she is passionate about building environments where every individual and teams grow, perform and be empowered to lead with purpose.

Beyond the core work, Taheti contrbutes her skills through volunteer work with a domestic violence organization and has spoken at conferences on leadership development and human resources.
